I am planning to purchase a farm lot in preparation for my retirement in the next few years. This would be my first purchase of a property and I need some guidance regarding the processes that needs to be done in order to legalized the purchase. I got in touch with my NEPA attorney and asked him variety of questions regarding my plans of purchasing the property. He gave me some options for me to choose. He gave me the processes that I need to follow and lastly he also advise me what to do and what to check before buying the said property.
